What elisa is
elisa is a personal AI concierge service. She is not a human, not a therapist, not a financial adviser, and not a substitute for licensed professionals in medicine, law, or finance. For clinical care, please work with a licensed provider.
Your account
You're responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use elisa, and at least 18 to enable delegated commerce.
Delegated commerce
When you connect a payment method, you authorize elisa to initiate purchases on your behalf under the threshold you set. Every purchase is itemized in the running ledger. You can lower the threshold, raise per-category overrides, or require approval on everything at any time.
Purchases are made through third-party merchants. elisa is not the seller; we are the purchasing agent. Refund, warranty, and return terms follow the original merchant's policy.
Trial + subscription
Begin is a 14-day free trial with no card required. Continue is the paid subscription at $12/month or $9/month billed annually. Pause is a free read-only state for up to 6 months after you've been on Continue.
Cancel any time. Cancellation moves your account to Pause (read-only); nothing is deleted. You can reactivate or delete your account any time.
Acceptable use
- No illegal activity.
- No impersonation of others.
- No automated scraping or re-selling of elisa's output.
- No attempts to extract training data or jailbreak the system prompt.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll tell you why.
Limitations of liability
elisa acts on your instructions and on signals she observes. You remain responsible for final decisions, especially on matters of spending, scheduling, and third-party communications. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, to the extent permitted by law.
Disputes
Disputes are governed by English law for users in the UK/EU and by Delaware law for users in the US. We'll try informal resolution first — email hello@hielisa.com.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll email every active user at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
